1. Who We Are
ContextABA ("ContextABA," "we," "us," or "our") provides center-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy services for children, located at 320 S. Sherman Street, Denver, Colorado, in the Washington Park neighborhood. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you visit our website, contact us, or submit an inquiry through one of our online forms (including forms on Google, Facebook, or Instagram).
2. Information We Collect
When you contact us or submit an inquiry — including through our website, phone, email, or a lead form on Google/Facebook/Instagram — we may collect: your name and contact information (phone number, email address); your child's approximate age range; general information about your interest in ABA therapy services (for example, whether you're interested in a consultation); insurance carrier information, if you choose to share it, so we can check coverage before your first visit; and information automatically collected through cookies or similar technologies when you visit our website (see Section 5).
We do not collect detailed health, diagnostic, or treatment information through our website or advertising forms. Inquiry forms are only used to start a conversation with your family — no clinical or diagnostic information is requested or should be submitted through these forms.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use the information you provide to: respond to your inquiry and contact you about scheduling a free consultation; verify insurance coverage before your first appointment; improve our advertising so it reaches families who may benefit from our services; and maintain records of inquiries for internal follow-up and quality purposes.
We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
4. Protected Health Information (PHI) and HIPAA
ContextABA is a HIPAA-covered healthcare provider. Once you become a patient of ContextABA, information related to your child's diagnosis, treatment, and care is protected health information (PHI) and is governed by our HIPAA Notice of Privacy Practices, which is provided separately at the start of care and describes your rights and how we use and disclose PHI.
The information collected through our website or advertising inquiry forms — before you become a patient — is general contact and interest information, not clinical PHI, and is used solely to begin the intake conversation with your family.
5. Cookies, Pixels, and Online Advertising
Our website and social media advertising (including ads on Facebook and Instagram) may use cookies, pixels, or similar tracking technologies operated by Meta (Facebook's parent company) and other advertising partners. These tools help us understand how people interact with our ads and website, measure the effectiveness of our advertising, and reach people who may be interested in our services.
When you submit an inquiry through a Facebook or Instagram lead form, the information you provide is shared with ContextABA by Meta in accordance with Meta's own data policies. You can review Meta's data practices at https://www.facebook.com/policy.php.
We do not use tracking pixels to collect or transmit information about your child's health status, diagnosis, or treatment.
6. How We Share Information
We may share the information you provide with: our staff, for the purpose of following up on your inquiry and scheduling care; insurance companies, only to verify coverage on your behalf and only with information you provide for that purpose; and service providers who help us operate our business (for example, scheduling or communications tools), under confidentiality obligations.
We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties for their own marketing purposes.
7. Text Messages and Phone Calls
If you provide your phone number through one of our forms, you consent to being contacted by ContextABA by phone call or text message (including automated verification codes, where applicable) regarding your inquiry. Message and data rates may apply. You can ask to stop receiving texts or calls at any time by replying "STOP" or contacting us directly using the information in Section 10.
8. Children's Privacy
Our services are for children, but our website and advertising forms are intended to be completed by a parent or legal guardian — not by a child directly. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children through our website or ad forms.
9. Data Security
We take reasonable administrative, technical, and physical measures to protect the information you provide to us. No method of transmission over the Internet, however, is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
10. Your Choices and Contact Information
You can ask us to correct or delete the contact information you've submitted to us by reaching out directly:

11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
This policy is intended to cover general website and advertising inquiries. It does not describe how ContextABA uses or protects Protected Health Information (PHI) for patients already receiving care — that is covered by our separate HIPAA Notice of Privacy Practices, available at our clinic or upon request.
